HOW WE STARTED
Our Story
Founded in 2017 by Mark Timothy and Dorcas Brion, Thrive Ministries initially launched as a startup publisher for faith-based family resources. It was born out of a practical need: creating high-quality, Bible-based homeschool curriculums, such as Raising the Future and My ABC Bible Verse, for their own children. The overwhelming response to these materials led to new avenues of impact, eventually spinning off into two distinct organizations: Archers Education and The Bibong Pinay Company.
Today, Thrive in Life, Inc. has expanded its vision far beyond its publishing roots. The organization is now fully dedicated to equipping the Church, providing foundational resources, leadership training, seminars, and community support to help believers thrive in all aspects of life.

What We Believe
Our foundation is not trend-driven or personality-centered. We are anchored in Scripture, committed to Christ, and focused on generational faithfulness.
Christ-centered
We believe Jesus is the beginning, middle, and end of our story. Every resource we create—whether it’s about career or marriage—is designed to point people back to the Person and Work of Jesus Christ.
Bible-based
Scripture is our final authority. We don’t rely on trendy self-help or secular psychology as our primary source. We filter every aspect of life: Spiritual, Personal, Relational, Career, and Finance through the timeless and inerrant Word of God.
Holistic Stewardship
We believe God is the Owner of all things, and we are the managers. "Thriving" means bringing every area of life under His Lordship.
Equipping for Impact
We believe in the Priesthood of All Believers. Our goal isn't to do the ministry for you, but to put the tools in your hands so you can strengthen your own local church and community.
Generational Strengthening
We build for the long haul. We don't just solve today's problems; we create discipleship paths that can be passed down to our children and their children’s children.
Kingdom Generosity
We believe that money is a tool for the Gospel. We teach "Financial Stewardship" not so we can hoard wealth, but so we can be "Rivers, not Reservoirs."

Our culture is not casual or consumer-driven. We live prayerfully, serve missionally, relate honorably, and pursue excellence for the glory of God.
Spiritual Culture
We are not a social club or a business network; we are a move of the Spirit. We prioritize prayer, the presence of God, and biblical integrity. Every resource we build starts on our knees.
Missional Culture
We don't gather just to consume; we gather to go. Our resources are designed to turn members into ministers. We are obsessed with the "Great Commission" and ensuring the local church is strengthened to reach the lost.
Relational Culture
We value people over programs. In a digital community, we strive for "high-touch" connection. We practice honor, speak the truth in love, and carry one another’s burdens as we grow in our 5 Aspects.
Professional Culture
We believe excellence honors God and inspires people. Whether it’s a video series or a financial spreadsheet, we bring our best craft to the table. We treat our "Resource Center" with the same diligence as a high-level career.
Generational Culture
We think in decades, not days. We build systems and lessons that are "evergreen"; meaning they can be passed down to the next generation of leaders. We are spiritual fathers and mothers, not just content creators.
Instructional Culture
We are a "Learning Community." We remain teachable and humble. We don't just "post and ghost"; we engage in active discipleship. We are committed to constant improvement in our Personal Growth and Career skills.

| Mark Timothy Brion
Mark is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Consultant, and Speaker with 18 years of ministry experience. As a dedicated edupreneur, he is the founding CEO of multiple ventures, including The Bibong Pinay Company, Authos.io, CommandShift, and Thrive in Life, Inc. He also serves as the founding Chairman of Archers Education and sits on the Board of Chosen for Life-Change Ministries. Beyond his organizational leadership, Mark’s most cherished roles are being a husband to Dorcas for 13 years and a father to their four daughters: Faith, Hope, Grace, and Joy.
| Jayson Jeremias
Jayson is a Certified Thrive Coach, professional illustrator, and the co-founder of Authos.io and CommandShift. With a background in psychology, Jayson seamlessly transitioned into the tech space, serving as the CTO for multiple platforms and developing a deep expertise in UI/UX product design. A devoted follower of Christ, he has partnered with Mark to create hundreds of impactful, faith-based resources.
| Kassandra Porteza
Kassandra is a Certified Thrive Coach, serial entrepreneur, and trusted financial leader. Working closely alongside the Brions, she has co-founded and helped scale multiple ventures. Kassandra currently brings her strategic vision and operational expertise to her roles as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of both The Bibong Pinay Company and Authos.io.
